  Sculpey Polymer Clay: This modeling compound bakes, in about 20 minutes, at 300 degrees in your home oven. 40 colors are available that can be mixed to an infinite color palette. Great for children or adults. This is a wonderful product for creating your own millefiori beads and patterns. Sculpey requires no painting, but a glossy finish can be achieved by applying liquid acrylic glaze. Sculpey also comes in sets of 10 and 30 colors, and Creative Clay Sets that contain 6 colors and instructions for making a given project such as "Desert Dwellin' Reptiles", "Rain Forest Frogs", or "Alien Dudes".   Das Air Hardening Clay: Das is a perfect introduction to natural earth clays. This very smooth and refined clay is packaged in a special container brick that keeps the clay perfectly moist until opened. "Pronto" is pure white, and "Terra-cotta" is an earth red. Made in Italy. The Art Box carries Pronto and Terra-cotta in the 1.1 lb. size.
  
  Plasticlay Modeling Clay: Inexpensive, good quality, non-hardening plastic clay. Non-toxic containing harmless ingredients, it can be used over and over remaining soft and pliable. Each color is individually wrapped in cellophane. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 4 color and 10 color sets.
  
  Mexican Pottery Clay: Objects modeled of Mexican Pottery Clay are a rich red color similar to Mexican or Indian pottery. Little or no decoration is necessary. This self hardening, ready to use clay may be shaped by hand or on a wheel. Objects are hard and durable when dried without a kiln or oven firing. Made in USA. The Art Box sells 5 lb. boxes.
  
  Clay Flour: Instant clay in a dehydrated powder form. Mix with water to produce real clay. Stores in minimal space for intergalactic travel. Does not stain when spilled. Not for human consumption, but you probably knew that. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 5 lb. boxes.
  
  Moist Pottery Clay: This clay from Amaco is a natural grey, water-based pottery clay. It is exceptionally smooth and pliable and suitable for all methods of hand modeling. Moist Pottery Clay requires kiln firing. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 5 lb. boxes.
  
  Marblex: This self hardening clay makes objects that are permanent without firing. A grey clay, it comes prepared and ready to use. Air dried pieces are hard and durable, but not waterproof. Can be finished with Rub and Buff or other finishes. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 5 lb. boxes.
  
  High Water Clays: This marvelous American company mixes some of the nicest clay on the market today. The Art Box carries a sampling of their many offerings including Earthen Red, Buff Earthenware, White Earthenware, Raku, Stan's Red, Desert Buff, Desert Buff with Specks, Riverside Grit, Brownstone, and Porcelain 5.   Celluclay: Instant Papier Mache. Simply add water for a great sculpting medium that is completely non-toxic and safe. Celluclay air dries, adheres to almost any surface and can be sawed, sanded or nailed when dry. Made in USA. The Art Box carries white and grey in 1 lb. and 5 lb. packages.
  
  Sculptamold: This product incorporates the best features of clay, plaster, and papier mache. In dry form, this white non-toxic compound is quickly prepared by adding water. It clings to almost all clean surfaces including glass, and does not shrink, so it may be applied to an armature or core without cracking. It sets in 30 minutes and may be carved, sanded or sawed when dry. Finished pieces are very light-weight, strong and durable. Made in USA. The Art Box sells 3 lb. bags.
  
  Plaster of Paris: Made by DAP, Plaster of Paris sets fast without shrinking. It is ideal for hobby molds and casts. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 4 lb. tubs.
  
  Sculpting Tools: The Art Box carries a variety of tools for sculpting. The handy "Pottery Tool Kit" contains all the basic pottery tools required by the professional as well as the beginner, including loop tool, ribbon tool, potter's rib, needle tool, scraper, and wire clay cutter. Smaller sets are also available. We also carry a small "Clay Gun" that can be used to extrude clay in a variety of shapes. We stock calipers in two sizes which are used to transfer accurate measurements to your work. The Art Box also carries books about sculpting and we can recommend some good magazines.

Roma Plastilina: is an oil-based sculptor's clay that does not harden or deteriorate, and its plasticity improves with time. It is designed to respond perfectly to the sculptor's tools each time it is worked. Made in USA. The Art Box carries 2lb. blocks.

Van Aken Modeling Clay: is a pigmented oil-base modeling clay. It is nontoxic, permantly pliable self adhering and never hardens. The Art Box carries 1lb. and 5lb. blocks of Sculptor Gray.
